RICHARD FISCHER

A Disability Attorney with Experience

Photograph of Richard Fischer
Richard Fischer represents his clients with a wealth of experience both in and out of the courtroom. He knows the value of the Social Security program firsthand, as his late father became unable to work while Richard was in law school. Social Security allowed his parents to remain in their home and provided them with a portion of their lost income. This personal experience drives the passion in his work.
Richard is a native west Texan, born in Odessa. Richard enjoys watching Texas Tech football, grilling, traveling, being outdoors, throwing a tennis ball for his yellow lab, Hazel, and spending time with his family. His wife Greta is also an attorney in Odessa. They have two small children and are parishioners at St. Ann's Catholic Church in Midland.
